Do you know your skin can dehydrate in Autumn?
Back to blog home 2nd April 2015
Your skin responds to the weather.
An increase in artificial heating over the colder months will dehydrate your skin and increase the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. There's a lot you can do to prevent the negative effects of air conditioning and the changing seasons. Hydrating facials are key to keeping the skin plump and supple.
At home skincare is still a must. Remember 70% of results come from what you do at home. We will be re-assessing your home care with our results-driven products to adjust to seasonal changes accordingly. And don't forget the SPF 30+! Keep up with the water intake and eat more natural omegas (including sardines, salmon, walnuts green vegetables and flaxseeds).
