Put diaphragmatic breathing into your daily routine

Never underestimate the benefits of being able to breathe properly! 

Our diaphragmatic breathing exercise is life changing. Perform your exercise whenever the opportunity arises to reduce stress at any time: Before you go to bed, after you have risen, before big meetings or take a break during the day - do several diaphragmatic breaths and you'll naturally expand your lung capacity. Remember, it's bettter to do five breaths than none!

FOLLOW THESE STEPS FOR A PERFECTLY EXECUTED DIAPHRAGMATIC BREATH:

STEP 1 - Turn your phone off and sit with your feet on the floor

STEP 2 - Sit in a quiet place where you will not be interrupted

STEP 3 - Place the tip of your tongue on the roof of your mouth and relax your jaw during this process

STEP 4 - Now take a long slow deep breath in (through your nose), feeling your abdomen extend and allowing your breath to completely fill your entire lung capacity (which is effectively up to the tip of your collarbone). Feel your abdomen extend and your chest expand. 

STEP 5 - Breathe out (through your nose) and let the breath filter out completey, feeling your abdomen contract and the air completely leave your lungs. Magic!

Repeat for 10 - 20 minutes.
