"My travel priorities are hydration and nutrition. I always drink 2.25 litres of filtered water a day. Externally my skin care regimes stay as routine as my water drinking! That way I can prevent the nasty effects of dehydration. Here are a handful out of my regular products, that I take on the plane: I always cleanse and hydrate before getting some sleep on long haul flights, and then again before landing. My goal is to step out of the plane as hydrated and nourishes as I stepped on!"
