These Terms govern the way you use the website and the services we provide to you via the website, including the online booking service. By using the website to book beauty services, purchase products or Gift Certificates you are forming a contract with Total Body Concept and you agree to abide by these Terms.

Please read the Terms carefully before you submit any order to us. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not make a booking for any services made available to you by Total Body Concept Ltd.

These Terms tell you who we are, how we will provide services to you, how you and we may change or end the contract, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

9. Online Store

Gift Certificates


All gift certificates sold on this website are electronic vouchers delivered by email to the recipient’s inbox immediately after the purchase has been made.

Certificates have a 12-month expiry date.

Terms and Conditions for use of Gift Certificates

  • Certificates must be presented at time of arrival. Prices for treatments are subject to change.
  • Gift Certificates are redeemable for products or services at Total Body Concept.
  • Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment of other special deals.
  • Gift Certificates must be redeemed before the 12-month expiry date shown on the certificate.
  • Purchases exceeding available balance require difference paid by another method.
  • Lost or stolen certificates will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may result in a cancellation fee being charged to the Gift Certificate.

We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time.

PRODUCT PURCHASES

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The service may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other web sites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.
