Bookings & Missed Appointments Clients who have missed their appointments during lockdown will be contacted by us via phone within 48 hours to re-arrange your booking. Our booking system remains disabled until we are able to re-book our clients who have missed their appointments during lockdown. If you would like to make an appointment, please call us on 03-377 5430. Our Health & Safety Protocols During Level 2 we are continuing to maintain our high level of health and safety protocols. If you are feeling unwell, please stay at home and we will be in touch to re-arrange your appointment. We will be covering all etiquette and social distancing requirements as set out by the New Zealand Government. This includes, but is not limited to: Limited seating within reception. We ask that clients coming in for appointments arrive on time. A table inside reception for hand sanitisation. We will be asking all clients to confirm their contact details via a register. Alternatively, you can scan the QR Code with your NZ Covid Tracer app. Our staff will be wearing face masks at all times. Our Online Store Remains Open We are continuing to offer Click and Collect on all Thalgo products.
